Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Vonzl is a product of Cromozo Innovations Limited ("Cromozo", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom [registered address and company number to be added]. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Cromozo Innovations Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

This page currently collects personal data only through the early-access waitlist form. Depending on what you choose to fill in, that may include: your name, firm name, firm size, work email address, work phone number, which product mode you're interested in, and any free-text notes or questions you add. Fields marked optional can be left blank.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology on this page (see Section 8), so no data is collected automatically about your visit beyond what your browser sends any website by default (such as your IP address, as part of normal web traffic).

3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

We use waitlist submissions to respond to your interest in Vonzl, keep you updated on early access, and understand demand for each product mode. Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing privacy@vonzl.com; this won't affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

If your firm name and size band are later featured on a public "firms joining early access" list on this site, that only happens for entries that separately opt in to being shown publicly — never your name, email, or phone number.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run this waitlist and this website on our behalf — for example, cloud hosting and email-delivery providers — under contracts that require them to protect your data and only use it as we instruct [name specific processors here once selected]. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Cromozo Innovations Limited is based in the UK. If any service provider we use stores or processes data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we'll only transfer data to them on a basis recognised as providing adequate protection under UK GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data for as long as we're in contact with you about early access, and for a limited period afterwards in case you re-engage [state a specific retention period, e.g. 24 months from last contact, once agreed]. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless we're required to keep it for a legal reason.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• ask us what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it (right of access);
• ask us to correct inaccurate data (right to rectification);
• ask us to delete your data (right to erasure);
• ask us to restrict how we use your data (right to restriction);
• receive your data in a portable format (right to data portability);
• object to our processing (right to object); and
• withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our legal basis.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@vonzl.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Cookies

This page does not currently set any cookies or use any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts — only what's strictly needed to display the page. If that changes (for example, if we add analytics before general launch), we'll update this section and add a cookie consent banner so you can choose before any non-essential cookie is set.

9. Children

Vonzl is a business product aimed at law firms and their staff. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our data practices develop. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and post material changes here before they take effect.
